Can I send my own business card design for printing?

Yes. Please supply your artwork at the correct finished size of 90 x 50 mm (9 x 5 cm). We recommend submitting a high-resolution PDF with a 3 mm bleed to avoid unwanted cropping during printing.

Do you print stickers and labels?

Yes. We print custom stickers and labels in virtually any size and shape, including professional print-and-cut products.

Do you offer graphic design services?

Yes. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your requirements, and we'll provide a quotation based on your project.

How do I order digital photo prints online?

1. Visit our website.
2. Select Digital Prints.
3. Choose your preferred print size.
4. Upload your images.
5. Add your prints to your cart.
6. Complete the checkout process.

How long do ID or passport photos take?

Our in-store ID and passport photo service takes approximately 15 minutes.

Do you offer digital visa photos?

Yes. We prepare digital visa photos in the required format and email them directly to you.

How long do photobooks take?

Most standard photobooks are ready within 24 hours. Please note that Layflat Photobooks require additional production time.

Does your photobook software include AI?

Yes. Our FREE photobook software includes AI Auto Flow, which automatically arranges your photos into your photobook. Before submitting your order, we recommend reviewing image orientation, cropping and page layouts.

Do I pay to use the photobook software?

No. Our photobook software is completely FREE to download and use. You only pay when you place your printing order.

How do I download the FREE photobook software?

Visit our website and select Designer Software from the Downloads section.

Is your photobook software available for Windows and Mac?

Yes. Versions are available for both Windows and macOS.

Do you print wedding and school photobooks?

Yes. We print wedding, school and personalised photobooks. Simply download our FREE design software, create your photobook and place your order online.

What file formats do you accept?

For the best print quality, we recommend:

• PDF - Preferred for document printing.
• JPG / JPEG - High-resolution images recommended for photo printing.
• PNG - Accepted for suitable artwork.

What image resolution is recommended for the best print quality?

For the best results, we recommend image files of 1 MB or larger. Higher-resolution images generally produce superior print quality.

Do you print while I wait?

Yes, for selected services and smaller quantities.

What are your trading hours?

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

How will I know when my order is ready?

For selected services, you will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready for collection.

Yes. Same-day printing is available for selected products and is subject to quantity, artwork approval and production capacity.

Can you restore old photographs?

Yes. We offer professional photo restoration services.

Can I reorder previous photo print orders?

Yes. Previous digital print orders can usually be reordered within 14 days, provided they are still available in our system.

Do you print passport photos for all countries?

Yes. We produce passport and visa photographs that meet the specifications of many countries.

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Yes. We welcome bulk, school and corporate orders. Please contact us for a customised quotation.
